Marginalized Means: women, children and youth, farmers and people living with HIV / AIDS.
Empowerment means: People are accessing their rights, having control over their resources and actively participating in decision making process/governance.

MARGINALIZED COMUNITIES WILL HAVE ACCESS AND CONTROL OVER KNOWLEDGE, RESOURCES AND DECISION MAKING FOR THEIR INTEGRAL AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

SMALL AND MARGINAL FARMER, PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV / AIDS, MARGINALIZED WOMEN, CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS, UNEMPLOYED YOUTH, UNORGANIZED LABOURERS ETC.
