Shivamogga June 15, 2022: The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society with the financial support from the Streebandhu Multipurpose Souharda Cooperative Limited distributed notebooks and accessories to the Government School Children and Children in the Boarding Houses in the remote Gram Panchayats of Shivamogga and Davanagere Districts. This drive to motivate children to regularly attend the school and study well without worrying about buying notebooks for writing the notes during the classes reduced the financial burden of several economically poor families.

A total of 1864 children received the notebooks and school accessories. The children were extremely happy to receive the books and writing materials. The parents, the SDMC members, the School teachers were extremely happy and expressed their sincere gratitude for providing the much needed study materials to the economically poor children. The joy on the faces of the poor children was an expression of gratitude.
