Shimoga, December 18, 2024 - The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society (SMSSS) brought the spirit of Christmas alive for less fortunate children by organizing a touching and joyous celebration at Chaitanya, Shimoga. The event, aptly named Minugutare-2024, encapsulated the essence of hope and happiness, and was graced by several dignitaries and community leaders.

The event was presided over by Rev. Fr. Stany D'Souza, the Vicar General of the Diocese, whose presence added a spiritual and uplifting aura to the celebration. Shree Basava Navalinga Sharanaru delivered a heart-touching message, emphasizing the importance of compassion and community support. Each child received a 'HOPE KIT' comprising a quilt, cap, T-shirt, and backpack, a gesture that brought immense joy and comfort.
