Chaitanya, Shimoga, September 14, 2019: The Save A Family Plan organized the regional meeting of Shimoga 1 region. SAFP beneficiaries from Sharavathinagar, Cathedral, Abbalagere, Hasudi, Ayanur and Ragigudda participated in the meeting. Rev. Fr Clifford Roshan Pinto, the director of SMSSS inaugurated the meeting and advised the participants to abide by the rules and regulations of the programme and make all possible efforts to develop their family through income generative activities. Everyone should aim at making more profit from their income generative activity. Be Vinuth gave the training on leadership qualities and life skills. How through innovative thinking one can emerge as a leader and how through various life skills one can make a positive impact in the family contribute immensely to the progress of the community. Sr Premalatha UFS, the coordinator of SAFP asked the beneficiaries to know about the available government schemes. Mrs Pramila and Mrs Shubha the animators of SAFP were involved in organizing the programme. 65 beneficiaries benefitted from the training programme.
