On November 28th and 29th, 2024, a significant staff meeting was held at Chaitanya, bringing together the team for two days of enriching discussions, training, and celebrations. The meeting commenced with a meaningful prayer, setting a reflective tone for the proceedings. Mr Joseph from Tata Strive Skill Academy then shared an informative session about the numerous job opportunities available for the youth through basic training at their center. His briefing was well-received and shed light on potential career paths for many.
Sr. Premalatha continued the program with a thought-provoking training on problem-solving techniques. Her session was deeply engaging and provided the staff with new strategies to tackle challenges effectively. The first day concluded with a federation report presentation, where attendees were divided into three groups to discuss and analyze the reports, fostering a collaborative environment.
The second day began with morning prayer, maintaining the tradition of starting the day with reflection. This was followed by the customary 3-minute inspirational talks delivered by seven animators, each covering diverse yet pertinent topics:

A brief report of the Streebandhu Cooperative Society was also shared, rounding out the informative sessions.
The meeting concluded on a celebratory note with inputs from the director. The event also included birthday celebrations for Ms. Anitha, Ms. Jaysheela, and Mr. Vincent, who were honored with a cake-cutting ceremony, adding a festive touch to the productive gathering.
