Koduru, Hosanagar, July 15, 2019: The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society conducted a health check up camp at Kodur. Mrs Gangamma, the animator of the area organized the programme.
Jeni, Hosanagar, July 09, 2019: The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society organized a health awareness programme and health check up at Dumma Anganawadi Centre for the members of Ishwari, Shrinidhi and Shree Veerabhadreshwara SHG members of the Streebandhu Federation, Jeni, Hosanagara on 09 July 2019. Prathamika Arogya Kendra assistant Mrs Geetha gave awareness on Dengue fever, KFD and other such diseases caused by mosquito bite. She also explained the various precautionary measures to be taken in this regard. The importance of cleanliness was highlighted very much. 40 women benefitted from the awareness programme. After the awareness programme blood sugar test and blood pressure test was conducted. Those with high blood pressure and high sugar were advised to go for proper medication. Mrs Shridevi, the animator of the area organized the programme.
