Chaitanya, Shimoga, July 30, 2024: Workshop on Diocesan Strategic Plan (DSP) was held on 30th July 2024 at Chaitanya to formulate relevant plan at the DSSS level in collaboration with Karnataka Regional Organization for Social Service (KROSS). Rev. Fr Richard Pais, the director of KROSS and Mr Varghese G M, Programme Coordinator of KROSS facilitated the workshop. The discussion on SWOT analysis enabled the participants to develop the diocesan perspective plan to the neglected and downtrodden sections of the society. Key strategic pillars to promote people led approach in all the interventions were briefed to implement the plan effectively. 21 participants from various Social Service Centres were capacitated to formulate the strategic plan.
