Shimoga, August 19, 2019: The Annual General Body Meeting of the Streebandhu Multipurpose Souharda Co-operative Ltd was held on 19 August 2019 in Chaitanya, Alkola Circle, Sagar Road, Shimoga. The AGBM was presided over by Mrs Precilla Martis, the president of the Streebandhu Multipurpose Souharda Co-operative Ltd. Mrs Lilly Lopes, the vice president of the Streebandhu welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr Clifford Roshan Pinto, the Chief Executive Officer of the Streebandhu presented the annual reports, audited statement of accounts and the annual budget 2019-20 for approval. The proceedings of the meetings were unanimously approved and duly recorded.
The AGBM ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Mrs Vathsala Padmavati, director of the Streebandhu. After the AGBM some inputs on Panchayat Raj were given to the participants. Mr Jagadeesha K. H., Coordinator of Women Empowerment Programme was the resource person. After this input session lunch was served to all the members.
